At ZOUCHE GIFTING, we strive to ensure your gift wrapping sets reach you in perfect condition and on time. Please review our delivery policy below.
Shipping
- Standard Delivery: 3-5 working days
- Express Delivery: 1-2 working days
- Next Day Delivery: Order by 2 PM for delivery the following day (excluding weekends and holidays)
- Standard Delivery to the UK: Free for orders over £50 to the UK, £3.99 for orders under £50.
- Express Delivery to the UK: fee is calculated at checkout.
- Next Day Delivery to the UK: fee is calculated at checkout.
- International Delivery: fee is calculated at checkout.
We currently deliver to all addresses within the United Kingdom. For international shipping, please see at checkout.
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package’s progress.
While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, please note that these are not guaranteed. Factors such as weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays.
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will leave a card with instructions for rescheduling or collection. After three failed attempts, the package will be returned to us, and you may incur additional shipping charges for redelivery.
In the rare event that your gift wrapping set arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
For guaranteed Christmas delivery, please place your order by December 18th for Standard Delivery, or December 22nd for Express and Next Day Delivery.By placing an order with ZOUCHE GIFTING, you agree to the terms of this delivery policy. At ZOUCHE GIFTING, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gift wrapping set purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns process.
Returns
- You may return or exchange standard, full-priced items within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
- Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order to obtain a Return Authorisation number.
- Include a copy of your invoice with the return package.
- Securely pack the item(s) to prevent damage during transit.
- Ship the package to our designated return address.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 14 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- For exchanges, please specify the item you’d like in place of the returned product.
- Customers in the UK can return items at a cost.
- For international returns, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Sale items follow the same return policy as full-priced items and are returnable within 14 days of delivery.
If you receive a faulty item, please contact us immediately. We’ll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
